|Age:||37 (if alive)|
The oldest son of Bomoto Manasabe, a lord of small standing in Oreinashi in Yamato. Kiero founded and led the Bouken Eiyu, the "Adventurous Heroes", a do-gooder mercenary group of sorts. His group was always short of money for both food and equipment, due to Kiero's thoughtless donations to charities and beggars. Thankfully, he didn't forget to pay his guild members their pay, though he was a little behind in taxes. His father let Kiero do what he wished, thinking that after his son screwed up, he would get back into the family business and marry a rich lady of a larger estate.
Kiero got an assignment in Oreinashi to fetch an ancient sword from the mansion of Daisuke Hyuga. The sword was said to be powerful but none of the expedition teams that had entered the forest surrounding the mansion had ever returned. Short on cash, the desperate Kiero took the offer and led his team into the forest. None of the Bouken Eiyu, including him, were seen again in the years since.
Kiero has long dark brown hair pulled back into a ponytail, with almond-shaped brown eyes, and has a light, light tan. He stands at five five, not exactly a tall chap, and his build is medium, his muscles fleshing him out. He wears a matching pair of green silk pants and shirt trimmed with gold, and both being just loose enough to be comfortable in combat or not. On his hands are ornate leather bracers with thick padding around the knuckles. A black ribbon dangles down from where his hair is gathered into a ponytail.
Personality and TraitsEdit
Naïve for his age and naturally trusting. Kiero tends to have a good guy complex, being the guy who will rescue a kitty from a tree just because he is in the area. He wants the best for everybody, and doesn’t like dishonesty.
Powers and AbilitiesEdit
Innate Ability: He could stretch out his body beyond normal physical limits, his muscles and skin being magically compensated for, so there was no damage from his exertions.
Jonathan was one of Kiero's closest allies, and Kiero trusted him with his life. They stayed together even when things turned sour for the Bouken Eiyu.
