Blaise is the Nightstalkers' combat trainer. He is a former Proninist captain who was captured by local authorities in the aftermath of the Second Battle of Maar Sul. Nivek Cheavin saw potential in him so he used his contacts in the police to release him, as long as Blaise joined his group.
