Azrael was the second-in-command of the Beastmaster's horde during the Beastmaster Incident. He was sent to kill the Fellowship of Tes Pellaria who were crossing the Meadow of Red Bells. His attack nearly succeeded but he was eventually captured after an intense battle. He was forced to lead the Fellowship to the Beastmaster's hideout, and the Beastmaster's minions killed him in Myrael Toria when the Fellowship was ambushed there.
